Her Campus Media Receives Two Gold MarCom Awards for Flagship Events
Her Campus Media, the No. 1 new media brand for the empowered college woman with chapters at more than 300 colleges and universities worldwide, has recently received two more MarCom Gold awards for Her Conference 2016 and College Fashion Week 2016.
The MarCom Statuette is a longtime symbol of achievement in marketing and communications. With 6,000 entries per year across 34 countries, Her Campus Media is proud to be included among recipients in the Communications/Public Relations category for special events for the third year in a row - the company won a 2014 Gold award for College Fashion Week, and two 2015 Gold awards for Her Conference and College Fashion Week.
Her Conference is focused primarily on media, journalism and marketing. During a two-day, action-packed event in New York City, young women receive guidance on achieving their dreams from keynote speakers, panels and workshops, in addition to other fun and engaging activations, contests and giveaways. Past keynotes have included Editor-in-Chiefs from publications such as Self and Essence magazines, and speakers from Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Teen Vogue and more.
